If your dust collector is a 3 phase unit it could be that the fan is turning in the wrong direction.
If your unit is new, it is most likely that the filtration is at its optimum and the bags won’t fill up tightly. If you are use to having bags tightly, it could be because the bags were either less filtration or that the bags were clogged or loaded with dust which would cause the bags to fill up tightly.

Magnetic starters are included with all of our dust collectors 5HP and larger.
Dust collectors can be used outside if all of the electrical controls and filtration are protected from rain, snow, and moisture.
NFPA 664 requirements are mostly based on use and installation process. All of our dust collectors, properly installed, will meet NFPA 664 and other codes.
